Another high pressure areas from China extend to cover Central of China, expected it will extend to covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea during 20-23 March, colliding with hot air over the area. Outbreaks of summer storms, together with thundershowers, gusty winds, thunderbolt and hail, will be possible over the Northeast and the East by 20 March. The North and the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity will be affected by these severe conditions in the later day (21 March). People should keep off unsecured buildings and outdoor places while farmers beware of crop damage. Affected areas are as followings:

Northeast: Loei, Nong Bua Lam Phu, Udon Thani, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Khon Kaen, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Maha Sarakham, Kalasin, Roi Et, Yasothon, Amnart Charoen, Ubon Ratchathani, Si Sa Ket, Buri Ram and Surin.

       
East: Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.
