The high pressure over Vietnam, Laos and the upper South China is expected to reach upper Thailand during 21-23 March. Outbreaks of summer storms, together with thundershowers, gusty winds and hail will be possible over the Northeast, the East, the North, and the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity. People should keep off unsecured buildings and outdoor places while farmers beware of crop damage. Affected areas are as followings:

North: Nan, Phayao, Phrae, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok, Phichit and Phetchabun.

       
Northeast: Loei, Nong Bua Lam Phu, Udon Thani, Khon Kaen, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Maha Sarakham, Kalasin, Roi Et, Yasothon, Amnart Charoen, Ubon Ratchathani, Si Sa Ket, Buri Ram and Surin.

       
East: Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.

       
Central: Nakhon Sawan, Lop Buri, Saraburi, Uthai Thani, Chai Nat, Sing Buri, Ang Thong, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, including Bangkok and its vicinity.

       
22-23 March

       
North: Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phayao, Phrae, Nan, Lamphun, Lampang, Tak, Sukhothai, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok, Kamphaengphet, Phichit and Phetchabun.

       
Northeast: Loei, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima and Buri Ram.

       
Central: Nakhon Sawan, Lop Buri, Saraburi, Uthai Thani, Chai Nat, Sing Buri, Ang Thong, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Suphan Buri, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Samut Songkam, Samut Sakhon, including Bangkok and its vicinity.
